Email Access:

Steps to Receive Slattery Sales Group Emails

Dear Client,

Thank you for your business!  We look forward to serving you.

Email is our primary form of client communication.  However, it’s not uncommon for our emails to get caught in spam nets, especially when we’re serving clients in high-technology sectors.

Please ensure that you can receive our emails.

It is YOUR responsibility as our client to ensure you and your team have “whitelisted” Slattery Sales Group in your email system and can receive our emails.

We are not responsible for your excellent email filters; we rely on you to ensure our emails can get through them.

To “Whitelist” Slattery Sales Group:

Whitelisting a domain (e.g., “slatterysales.com”) will allow you to receive emails from that sender.  It will prevent their emails from going to your junk folder. Since we have two domains (“slatterysales.com” and “slatterytraining.com”) we offer instructions for whitelisting both of our domains in your email system.

In Gmail, create a filter for the sender and select "Never send it to Spam":

  • Click the gear icon for Settings, then select See all settings.
  • Go to the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab.
  • Click Create a new filter.
  • In the From field, enter both of our domains with an “OR” between them, like this:
  • @slatterytraining.com OR @slatterysales.com
  • Click Create filter.
  • Check the box for Never send it to Spam and then click Create filter again.

In Outlook, go to "Junk email" settings, then "Safe Senders and Domains," and add the address or domain there:

  • Go to Settings (the gear icon) and select View all Outlook settings.
  • Click on Junk email in the left-hand menu.
  • Under the Safe senders and domains section, click Add.
  • Enter @slatterytraining.com and click Save.
  • Click Add again and enter @slatterysales.com, then click Save.

Thank you!  It is a privilege to work with (and communicate with) you.
