Get the Most out of Working with Slattery:

Whether you are joining us as an inividual contributor in a public training session, or you are part of a private corporate engagement, please keep the following in mind as we work together.

Commitment Promise:

We offer a 100% commitment promise: we commit to showing up 100% for each person enrolled with us. Additionally, we make 100% of our material available to you at purchase. Therefore, refunds are not available.

Payment Plans:

Monthly payment plans are not a subscription that can be cancelled; you are responsible to pay the full amount to which you are committing at the time of purchase. The payment plan is a courtesy plan we offer to clients who want to spread out their financial obligation over multiple payments.

Limited Term:

Each participant's access to the program offerings (coaching calls, recorded videos, etc.) will end when their enrollment ends.  There is no “lifetime access” to any of the materials.  We encourage clients to actively take notes and participate.  Access may be renewed by purchasing renewed enrollment.

Program Content:

All of the program content is Slattery’s intellectual property.  All of it is covered by copyright and, in some cases, also covered by federal trademark.  Participants cannot reproduce, teach, train, or distribute our material

Additional Participants:

We take our intellectual property very seriously. Our program content cannot be internally licensed or taught to others who aren’t yet participating in our program.  We would welcome their enrollment if they are interested in learning the same material. (Please see our link at the bottom of this page for information on our Referral Program.)

Quiet Weeks:

Slattery will have four "Quiet weeks" each year. During these "Quiet Weeks", our team will either be out of office or focusing intensely on internal projects. We will not hold regular coaching calls or provide consulting services during Quiet Weeks. In the event you have a private coaching session scheduled for a Quiet Week, we will reschedule it for a different week, to ensure you get your private coaching sessions.

Training Packages:

Training packages to public Slattery Training Series events can provide additional savings, and are offered per person. They cannot be shared between multiple team members. Training packages must be used within a 12-month period.

Active Participation:

Our training and coaching sessions are enriched by your participation. Please expect to contribute. Whether you are attending our public training events or private coaching sessions for your company only, please be ready to contribute: ask questions, bring challenges, and offer insights.

Collaborative Group Format:

We host regular public live training and coaching sessions in a group format for participants from various companies. This group format brings great value to our participants, as they hear the Slattery material applied to similar yet different selling situations in other companies and industries. If you attend these public sessions, please be mindful that you could be in the room with potential competitors. (See "Confidentiality", below.)

Confidentiality:

Our public training sessions are a great place to ask strategic questions. Please maintain professional discretion. We do not need prospect/client names, titles, or details, and will instead refer to prospects by their Slattery titles ("Emotional customer", "Logical customer", etc.). Due to the group format of our public training sessions, we cannot guarantee full confidentiality; therefore, please practice discretion around both your and the other participants' strategic questions.
