➡️ Second, clear barriers to doing those behaviors. Does your busy company culture fill every employee’s calendar with endless internal meetings? Pull your salespeople out of them; help block their time so they can do what you want them to do.
➡️ Third, establish a strong and consistent accountability cadence. Check in with them daily (yes, daily) to touch base: Where are we today on the non-negotiable behaviors? Once you’re confident that the behaviors are happening every single day, then you can relax to a weekly accountability check-in.
