Stay In Commitment Rapport With Your Prospect

Stay In Commitment Rapport With Your Prospect

(and a quick video with more details)

Today’s Slattery Sales tip: Stay in commitment rapport with your prospect.

💡Don’t be more committed than the prospect is to solving their problem. Be willing to walk away if it turns out that this prospect doesn’t have actionable pain.

This will make it harder for the prospect to squeeze you for discounts and concessions later. 💰 Set the precedent up front that you’re ok walking away, and don’t get excited as your sale progresses to closure.

Desperate salespeople are vulnerable to commoditization pressures! Prospects can smell a desperate salesperson a mile away.

✨ Stay in commitment rapport with your prospect to protect your margins and ensure your sale doesn’t get stuck at Wimp Junction®.
